Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number along with your email or phone number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check Approval
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details within 24-48 hours to approve the pickup based on our eligibility criteria.
Handover Package
Pack the items securely in their original packaging and hand them over to our logistics partner during the scheduled pickup attempt.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size immediately.
